Refund policy

We follow a ‘no questions asked’ return or exchange policy provided the following are fulfilled:

  1. image of the product/s is/are shared by you if asked by us;
  2. you must raise a request by emailing us on connect@evrycart.comwithin a maximum period of 48 hours of receipt of your order;
  • product packaging, labels and tags are intact and are not tampered with;
  1. product must be in perfect condition;
  2. request for product to be exchanged will be processed only once the earlier product shipped has been received by us and has been checked for quality and damages, if any;
  3. refunds will be processed only for damaged or defective products in the form of store credit. Please note that the shipping charge of Rs. 75/-, if levied, will not be refunded;
  • for prepaid orders, in case of order cancellations or orders that go to abandoned cart, refund will be processed back to you via our payment gateway. Timeline for such refund will be about 5-7 working days;
  • once you have requested for a return/exchange, such product will be collected by us within 7 working days;
  1. if you choose to self-ship the products to us at any of our authorized locations, they should be dispatched within 48 hours after the return request is raised and packed securely to prevent any damage during transit, the loss or damage thereto, if any, shall be to your sole account.
